In 2016, the TLS Group will increasingly focus its activities on the sites in Germany. For this reason, the Austrian subsidiary TLS Austria will be sold to the management and the entrepreneur, Josef Seidl, as of January 1, 2016. The successful cooperation with Vienna, now called Thermische Lohn Beschichtung & Service GmbH, will be continued in subsections.
In Germany, for the anilox business–previously a part of the Langenfelder location–a new location was founded as an independent GmbH in Salzkotten. The laying of the foundation stone for TLS Anilox took place in April 2014. The specially designed new building is ideally suited for the needs of the production of anilox rollers and their laser engraving. This ensures fast workflows and the adherence to high quality, safety and environmental standards. Since the beginning of 2015, production has been in full swing. Our sales manager, Andre Jochheim, is always avaialable for our customers.
In Langenfeld, the conversion and expansion of TLS Germany, which started in late summer 2014, will continue in 2016. With continuous efficiency and effectiveness improvements, we are focusing on our core competences and provide you with a full-service offer:
- Analysis and consulting
- Production of new parts, in series or individually
- Pre-processing and post-processing
- Customized coating selection for individual requirements
In addition, TLS is committed to keeping technology and performance up-to-date.
That is why–especially in recent years–we have undertaken immense investments in the training and further education of our employees as well as in our coating and processing equipment. Furthermore, we have implemented an integrated management system that incorporates the internationally applicable standards for ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for the environment, ISO 50001 for energy and OHSAS 18001 for occupational health and safety.
