The Supervisory Board (SB) is the supreme governing body of TLS Group with mission to: establish the long-term objectives and strategy of TLS Group, appoint and revoke the members of the Executive Board (EB), control the EB's activities and develop/implement the TLS Group corporate culture. In addition, the SB represents the entire group and the company's guiding principles through its President, defines the Group's marketing strategy and appoints the Group’s auditors and lawyers.

The Executive Board (EB) is the day-to-day operational body of the TLS Group. It is responsible for the achievement of the objectives defined by the SB, reports to the SB, prepares consolidated financial accounts and technical projects and suggests relevant improvements and developments to the SB.
